National carer of the Month July – Reading

National carer of the Month July

Well done to Samantha from My Homecare Reading who is July’s National Carer of the Month

Here is what her team had to say about her:

“We would like to nominate a member of our Reading team, Samantha started with us having no care experience and came across very timid.
We were unsure how long she would last but we’re pleased to say Samantha has now been with us over two months and has grown to be an exemplary care worker, she is very supportive always willing to learn and motivate others. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work.”

June proves to be a great month for Top Carers – National Carer of the Month

June National Carer of the Month

It would appear June was a great month as many of our branches nominated carers they thought deserved some recognition for their hard work. Great to see so many of our branches working well in their teams and building reputable branches providing quality care services! So well done to you all.

The biggest well done of all this month goes to Katlyn Baker from the My Homecare Strood team who received great praise from her team, this is what they had to say.

“Kate has been with us since day one, she has supported the growth of the business and worked closely with us. Kate has gone above and beyond, she is a very valued member of the team and our service users LOVE HER. Kate has fantastic potential to grow within the business. Well done Kate and thank you for your continued support, we truly appreciate all you do, keep up the good work.”

Crowborough

My Homecare’s National Carer of the Month – May

National Carer of the Month – May

Well done to Sara from My Homecare Crowborough who is May’s winner.

Here is what Sara’s team mates said about her:

“The Crowborough Branch would like to nominate Lara Stroud, Lara came to us to work around university and was completely new to care in the community. Since starting with us in April, the feedback received by our service users has been overwhelming. The service users are delighted with her and comments are flowing in from family members. Lara is a very compassionate, caring and motivated individual who definitely deserves to be recognised for this achievement.”
