My Homecare Strood – Rated as “High Standard”
As a company we aim to carry out a My Homecare internal quality audit and accreditation service on each branch every 6 months. Under our Star Quality Rating, individual branches get assessed by members of our experienced Head Office team. We measure the service on 40 performance indicators, which includes the quality of the care they provide and also how the business is developing.
Our latest branch to undergo an internal audit is My Homecare Strood who have been awarded a 4 star “High Quality” rating.
