My Homecare Annual General Meeting – Southern Branches

Another successful AGM in London for our Southern branches.

Last Friday we hosted another AGM for our Southern branches, this time Indeed who regularly attend our meetings offered us a function room in their Head Office to host our AGM. Indeed proved themselves to be perfect hosts and looked after us all very well throughout the day, We would also like to thank Tagtronics and Careline Live who both delivered interesting presentations to our Southern franchisees about the products and services they can provide My Homecare as a brand.

A successful day all round.

Welcome onboard My Homecare Angels South Dublin.

We have branched out and are happy to announce we are now going to be providing care in South Dublin. My Homecare Angels South Dublin are the latest branch to join the team and our first branch in Ireland!

5 Star Exceptional Quality Audits.

My Homecare West Kent achieved a 5 Star “Exceptional” rating in their My Homecare Quality Audit recently. The My Homecare Compliance Team were particularly impressed with the quality systems that were in place and the comprehensive record keeping. They were also happy with the standard of training that the team were providing their staff.

 

What is a Quality Audit?

As part of the My Homecare our experts provide an internal audit and accreditation service to our My Homecare branches. Under our Star Quality Rating, individual branches get assessed by members of our experienced Head Office team. We undertake these assessments at a minimum every year. We measure the service on 40 performance indicators, which includes the quality of the care they provide to their clients and how your business is developing. These audits keep our branches upto date with latest changes in legislation, it ensures the level of care they are providing is to an excellent standard and keeps branches on the right track maintaining an effective and ethical service and business going forward.

Successful Northern Meeting – Great to see everyone

Successful Northern Meeting in York.

Our Northern Meeting in York was a great success, always good catching up with everyone and talking about the latest going’s on within the My Homecare brand. Indeed joined us to discuss the best practice for recruitment and Phil from PASSsystem shared an introduction to PASSsystem, a system which is leading the market in mobile care monitoring. But the highlight for us was listening to branches sharing their success stories with everyone, Thank you for attending and taking part, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
